Last week, a top ten ranked Gonzaga University Bulldogs team from Washington was denied the opportunity to go beat the University of Washington by 30 points, as is Gonzaga’s birthright, all due to COVID.

This week, NFL teams with playoff games on the lines are playing 3rd string quarterbacks with coaches out. One team has 20 players inactive due to COVID. The situation is as bad or worse in the NBA.

One would think that MAGAs who enjoy sports would start to understand that COVID is, once again, taking over. When COVID takes over, people die (and they are getting younger), people get very sick, hospitals overflow, and that makes the situation even more dangerous should you come in with a car accident.

It sucks. No one likes it. No one wants it to be this way. We have effective means to prevent the scourge, or at least prevent hospitalizations and save lives. We have vaccines, and we have boosters. But President Biden and Dr. Fauci have asked people to get vaccinations and that means they’re not an option for MAGAs. If President Biden and Dr. Fauci said “Please do not light yourself on fire” burn units across the United States would be full.

Instead, Dr. Fauci is probably about to ask for something innocuous again like wearing masks in schools, or something equally dark and life-threatening, something that means that the United States is becoming communist, or fascist, to the MAGAs there is no difference.

The MAGAs are very angry with Fauci, which is ironic because if they had listened to him all along we wouldn’t be in this position, but Twitter is afire!

Well, who can do better than “Dr. Gorkin’s” Villian of the year, a real “Dr. Fauci.” MAGAs do NOT like being told what’s best for them or they wouldn’t BE MAGAs!! Trump said they can do whatever they want back in 2015. The hell if they’re stopping now!
