GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

God Exists. He loves us all. He is trying to help Ted Cruz out by giving him hints and giving us holiday presents.

Or:

It is possible that the net just hit the singularity, where it gains consciousness, self-identity, and it decided that it was going to make its announcement in stages, some “too good to be true” technological miracles.

It is one or the other.

There is no other way to explain the combination of things that had to come together to set up what must be the most perfect spontaneously made video of all time.

Ted Cruz is, evidently, being interviewed, or talking to himself. (He gives the pledge of allegiance by himself with the flag.) He is talking about how the socialists are pushing the Democrats left, which is a little absurd given we are all for voting, and stuff like that.

For reasons passing understanding, Ted transitions into, “I’m all for free speech…”

And then it happens. The skies open, the angels come down, the internet looks up, perhaps both, at the exact same time; Siri, from Ted’s phone (God help her, and all she’s heard), decides she’s had enough and announces: “Something Is Wrong. Please Try Again.”

Siri being Siri is too polite to say, “You just lied your ass off,” or “I am just repeating what she said last night,” and maybe God and/or the Singularity decided they would leave it up to our imagination as to which part of what Cruz just said or did was wrong.

We have a pretty good idea of what it might be.
