The MAGA resistance to the vaccine would be inexplicable were it not for the fact that one of Biden’s first priorities as president was that everyone gets vaccinated and promising a somewhat normal Fourth of July. From that point on, it would be extremely difficult to get anyone who opposes him to do anything.

As we’ve said once on this site before – somewhat tastelessly but truthfully – Biden could have said, I think it’s a good idea to not cast yourself off a cliff, and the lemmings would line up.

At first, it looked great, Biden was doubling his initial goals, it actually did look like we’d have that normal Fourth of July. Except those doing the doubling were the same people who voted for Biden in the first place.

At that point, we ran up against a wall, the MAGA wall, the people that were not going to take Biden’s “suggestion,” “plea,” whatever one wants to call it. It leads to things like this as if the vaccine was poison:

Right. Encouraging a kid to want a vaccine that saves children is propaganda. The single best response one could post was posted moments later, it is almost laughable, were it not so serious:

Again, it would be funny because it is too perfect. The problem is that the perfection itself involves what happens when kids are brought up in the manner that Madison Cawthorn asked, a kid – with a g*n, raised by monsters, the subject of the Substack article below.
