It takes a confident analyst to admit that Fox’s Chris Wallace has a powerful political mind, one that is maddeningly neutral. This site admits that Fox’s Chris Wallace is brilliant and maddeningly neutral. His criticisms of Biden sting because… much of his criticism has some merit. We don’t see it much because we mostly live in the liberal eco-system where Biden and Democratic missteps are either excused or ignored.

But Wallace also applies those same observational skills to Republicans on the unabashedly Republican network, Fox, and may – on his own, have driven more Fox viewers over to OAN and Newsmax than any other person or show. He was not afraid to call Trump out, as he did, often.

Obviously, Trump believes he is perfect and fumes over any criticism, especially from a network that Trump believed owed him everything. Trump continuously talks about ruining anyone who has crossed him, happily chasing good Republicans, powerful up and coming Republicans, like Cheney and Gonzalez from the party, solely due to one vote on the impeachment. Trump will also never forget that it was Wallace that continued to hold Trump accountable during the September 29th, 2020 debate, when Trump was so flustered that he continually interrupted Biden. Trump doesn’t forget things like that.

Today, on Fox news Howard Kurtz interviewed Chris Wallace and they talked about the fact that Wallace refuses to have any Republican who promotes the “Big Lie” on his show. They also discussed how Trump still brings up Wallace from time to time, while Wallace has moved on. Wallace had a great quote:

For a landlord, I’m very grateful that I’m allowed to occupy so much space in Donald Trump’s brain rent-free. I’m not talking about him, but yet, he still wants to talk about the Sept. 29, 2020 debate.

Wallace pointed out that Trump interrupted Biden “145 times in 90 minutes” during the debate. “I think that’s a world record,” the Fox News host said. “I think Guinness should write him up for that.”
