Now that we’ve seen how the MAGAs take everything that was said over the last five years and then turn around and make it their own, we’re wary of going back to point out that Trump truly was, in lay terms, demented and looks worse and worse. (Remember “TDS,” Trump Derangement Syndrome? Even back then they couldn’t come up with something original because we had given people the Obama Derangement Syndrome long before).

Trump went on Hannity last night to talk about Biden’s failures. Trump and Hannity likely believed that they saw some blood in the water, given that COVID is going downhill and Afghanistan has been handled terribly. How Trump believes he has a leg to stand on with COVID we will never know, and even Afghanistan, it was Trump that elevated the Taliban to recognition on the world stage and struck a deal that allowed 5,000 of the worst Taliban prisoners out of U.S. Custody.

So Trump went on Hannity, except this wasn’t your normal Trump, he spoke excitedly (He is normally sedated in television interviews), looked like shit, and made no sense. See if you can figure out what he is talking about here in recommending that the U.S. “blow up their forts:”

Right. So, no, we don’t know why he’s talking about forts when the military calls things bases (Unless they are here, we guess, “Fort Bragg,” for example). It is also interesting that in the above, he’s blaming Biden for the exact same issue that occurred when Trump surrendered to ISIS in Northern Iraq/Syria, pulling our troops out over the course of three days, leaving a lot of equipment lying around.
