The MAGAs cannot even think of their own issues or reasons to get Biden out of office. Liberals like us spent much of Trump’s term calling for some sort of invocation of the 25 Amendment. It was clear to many of us that Trump couldn’t function in the job any more than a well-trained orangutan. Plus, the ape would have a heart.

So now the MAGAs want to invoke the 25th Amendment because Afghanistan didn’t go well. And of course, they would attribute it to Biden’s cognitive abilities or demand impeachment or both, didn’t matter. They were always going to find something to hang around Joe’s neck, this will do for now. We emphasize for now because soon enough, there will be something worse (to them).

The calls are not just being made by Twitter lunatics, it reaches MAGA-Senate lunatics:

And, again, this is all due to a call that one could easily argue should have been made 18 years ago and something that one wouldn’t have predicted to have gone this badly… but it was never going to be easy, either. And this, of course, makes Joe Biden, with 40 years of experience, a national security threat. It doesn’t matter that many on the Right think… thought withdrawal was a good idea:

That seems to take care of the larger, overall picture and any president would have faced the exact same predicament once the announcement had been made. Withdrawing troops is not something that can be done covertly or over three days.

The suggestions were not well taken:

All of the people who were SILENT while the former guy suggested we inject bleach, had peaceful protesters shot for a photo op, and incited insurrection on January 6th need to STFU about the 25th Amendment.
