“Oh, that’s a bad picture,” or “Oh, what a great picture,” these are the types of things you used to hear far more back before we all carried personal computers, “aka phones,” that put the entirety of human knowledge in our hands, phone-text, and take movies or pictures. Now that pictures are unlimited by digital and are often just freeze frames, one can make what could be considered a good picture or bad picture within seconds, or do as I do and take 15 pictures over 10 seconds and 3-4 will turn out great.
There is also another aspect to the “Creepy Joe” story and we’re going first person on this one because I’m not speaking for the staff. I love little girls. Love them, more often than not they’re precocious, their mannerisms are wonderful, and I’ve found their more willing to talk to you, honestly, than boys.
But as a 50-year-old man, just saying “I love little girls” is considered creepy because… I guess it’s too associated with abuse, but that’s ridiculous because true abusers would never ever say anything of the sort. I would never hurt a cat, never mind any child, never mind abuse a girl. But that’s society and I suppose in one way I’m fighting my own personal battle against that presumption. I am highly attracted to women (especially over 40) and but I get all syrupy over little girls… having a daughter likely has something to do with it. They are just wonderful.
Someway, somehow, the Right has labeled one of the sweetest men to ever live, Joe Biden, “creepy,” and they’ve done this largely using still pictures, taken completely out of the larger context and – yes, occasionally some overly affectionate, outdated (perhaps), touching. They often show pictures of Joe comforting a child whose mother or father is being sworn into the senate and the child looking scared – as if the child is scared of Joe.
What they don’t show is that the child looked scared ten seconds earlier standing up in front of this huge room of (mostly) men with all the people, and mom and dad not concentrating on them. Joe couldn’t shut out his emotions and was trying to comfort the child because that’s Joe. Was he overly touchy? Yeah, probably. Was he abusive? Was it because he was aroused? Of course not. Remember, Joe lost a young daughter, along with his wife, pain that never fully goes away, his instinct is to protect the vulnerable.
On Thursday, the Right saw this picture and decided it was creepy:

Now, again, this is a still picture and still pictures can often relay emotions, sentiments, all that, which were not present at the time, they leave out context, much more than the one below. In this picture, we see a girl who was practically the center of attention in the room, sitting next to what everyone considered the most important person ever, (in her mind), and was scared. Joe probably told her a joke, she might not have been in the mood. Now look at the picture below.

That is the same little girl, but suddenly she’s not the focus of the entire room, and if she just felt totally comfortable and “creeped out” could she turn in seconds with a big smile? No, she would be scared and going to her mother.
So, up with this sh*t, the Twitter machine wouldn’t put and decided to remind people that we have, in fact, quite recently, had a very creepy president and, though there are some pictures of him being a creep, there are plenty more examples of him talking like a creep, between the two, it’s pretty easy to discern which one is more reliable in giving away the “creep.”
Since Creepy Joe is trending because trumpers are forever butthurt, thought I'd dig up this #CreepyTrump gem created by the @MeidasTouch brothers.

It’s pretty lame when “Creepy Joe” or “Dementia Joe” is the only thing Republicans can throw at Biden & even then it doesn’t stick.
The names just bounce off him & he keeps pushing forward with his agenda to #BuildBackBetter for each of us – incl those that mock& attack him.

And then there are all the other allegations of truly assaulting women, he bragged on tape about doing just that. How any of them can talk about creepy Joe, who – yes, is too affectionate in a well-meaning way for this day and age, when they had a predator that they excused is simply beyond us.
