It most certainly didn’t take genius insight.

Even prior to Biden’s election, we noted that if Biden won the election (or any Democrat, for that matter) and the Republicans controlled the House, the Democratic president would be impeached, if not once, twice (we made the prediction prior to Trump’s second impeachment). Given that Trump was impeached twice, it is likely that Biden will be impeached for times. This is regular Republican governance. “If you do anything mean to us, we’ll return it, squared” back at you.

We still believe that Biden should pack the court. What McConnell did with the court will go down in history as one of the most selfish, partisan, hypocritical power grabs in history. When McConnel denied the Obama the chance to fill Alito’s seat, he said the American people should decide (Despite America deciding they wanted Obama president) and there was a Republican Senate. When it was time to fill St. Ginsberg’s seat, McConnell said the difference was that the American people entrusted the Senate to Republicans.

Right now, Americans have entrusted the presidency to a Democrat, the Senate to the Democrats, and the House to the Democrats. Expand the Supreme court to 17 seats, put Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder, Elizabeth Warren, AOC (There’s no rule that a Justice must be a lawyer), Malia Obama, and Melania Trump, for comedic relief and to find out what she really thinks, if at all, put them all on the court.

There is a problem in impeaching Biden that perhaps the Right hasn’t considered. First of all, it would never get passed the House because Biden has not committed a crime. We know that doesn’t bother the Republicans,  but Democrats are sticklers for the rules. Second, they don’t have the majority, so it’s tough to even bring it up for a vote. Third, and by far the biggest, in order to impeach Biden, they first have to admit that he’s the real honest to goodness president of the United States and that would seem to be a hang-up.

Regardless. Given that it trended on Twitter, many democrats had a fantastic time with it:
