This, below, is not new video. Some of us have seen it for years, though not nearly enough. It remains an enigma, and if it were ever explained, it might be the biggest scandal of the Trump presidency.

There are scenarios where whatever happened during the interim period of Kennedy retiring and Kavanaugh’s appointment could put Trump and Kennedy in prison. But only if anyone had the will and drive to investigate.

Let’s set the scene for the video to be more meaningful. There were suspicions that Kennedy would retire Trump’s term.

After Scalia’s seat was stolen and gift wrapped for Trump to maintain some balance to the Right, another seat would cement a solidly conservative majority for as long as Justice Thomas wanted to serve. Besides, Kennedy had become unreliable on social issues like gay marriage.

There would be immense pressure on him to retire.

Meanwhile, Kennedy’s son worked as an executive at Deutsche Bank. Deutsche Bank is famous for two things. Not only is Deutsche the only international bank that would still loan money to Trump, but they also made absolutely inexplicable sweetheart loans to Trunp. Trump used one division of Deutsche to pay off his debt with another division of Deutsche.

Try that with any commercial bank and you’ll find your ass on the cement in the basement.  Deutsche is also famous for being fined astronomical amounts (over a billion, which is pretty good money, even for a bank that big) for taking Russian mob money, in effect, laundering the Russian oligarchs’ billions. God only knows how much of it is Putin’s.

So put together Trump needing to cement himself with the Right-wing by stacking the court to the right, Kennedy suddenly announcing his retirement AFTER hiring law clerks for the following year, which is flat bizarre, and Kennedy’s son being a top executive at Deutsch and… Most justices announce their retirement six months ahead of time to give everyone time to adjust, or they die in office. But Kennedy waited until halfway through summer (3 month period between terms) and had hired law clerks for the next term already, a key decision made every year (Law clerks to 3/4 of all the research and writing.)

So something was very sudden and very suspicious when Kennedy announced. Now, with that in mind, watch this:

We need to know. We really need to know. It is so obvious that Trump said something deeply disturbing, immediately after Kennedy attended Kavanaugh’s swearing-in. How very odd. It would be just like Trump to drop a bomb on Kennedy.

It is even more relevant today when we heard news break that the FBI sent 4500 tips on Kavanaugh from the FBI hotline to the White House, not the Senate, who ordered the second background check.
