We apologize for having to frame the subject matter this way, but Kayleigh McEnany worked for a man caught on tape saying this, and we’re purposefully leaving out the absolute worst of it:

Yeah that’s her with the gold. I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her. You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful… I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star they let you do it. You can do anything.”

We left out the worst.

That is the guy that Kayleigh praised, fought to work with, did work with, and now still fawns all over, despite the fact that Kayleigh knows damned well how that man thinks and what he’s done.

How dare she talk about Biden’s style while giving a speech? The whispering? That is taught at public speaking courses. It draws people in. It invites trust and shows that one cares. It is not for everyone, but it’s a highly valuable tool if one can use it effectively, and Biden is effective.

Kayleigh finds it “creepy.”

“Yikes! That’s President Biden using the tactic of whispering during his speeches and press conferences. The White House communications experts say it’s a way for him to connect with voters.”

Correct. So what’s the problem?

“It’s yet another example of the media seemingly treating Democrats and Biden differently than Republicans. Going back to the whispering, the press defends Biden a lot. But for the [Associated Press] to cite an expert saying this is an intimate form of communication — I think it’s a creepy one.

We think it is creepy that a young pretty woman would voluntarily let herself be in closed spaces with Trump. And this is not a “Democrats and Biden being treated differently” thing. If Biden was yelling in a press conference about someone being a terrible reporter, reporters would call him out.

Want to know how we know? Because Biden was a little rude to a reporter at a press conference just a couple of weeks ago and it was covered. But unlike Kayleigh’s hero, Biden did take time just a few hours later to personally apologize for being too aggressive.

The only double standard set here is Kayleigh McEnany, and it’s made even worse by the fact that she’s simply doing this for the money.
