We never, ever, ever, want to be lectured about being “snowflakes” again.

Yes, we are going to need some therapy ourselves after learning we live in a country with people like this.

A very sensitive mother in Tennessee has set up a GoFundMe page claiming that her seven-year-old daughter was severely “traumatized” due to the fact that this seven-year-old, was exposed to  “critical race theory” in school. She is seeking $5,000 to pay for counselling and treatment of the obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) allegedly caused by the curriculum.

We are setting up a Go Fund Me account for psychiatric bills – and the pharmacies that make it all worthwhile – except we want $10,000 because we want to prove that liberals are more empathetic than conservatives. Did it occur to this mother that any obsessive-compulsive disorder this child might have is due to having shared genes with an obsessed and compulsive mother?

How does one go about setting up a Go Fund Me account. We have to give this some serious thought.

Despite the fact that we suspect that the parent cannot define critical race theory, nor point it out in a lesson, she maintains:

This curriculum has destroyed my daughter’s self-esteem and created a world in which she is fraught with anxiety and is now in treatment for OCD caused by the constant thoughts being represented by this material,” the page reads.

We absolutely feel sorry for the child. We suspect this child was brought with anxiety before ever setting foot in the classroom because mom described the horrors she was about to hear. If anyone “destroyed” the daughter’s self-esteem,” this is not going to help. (We are absolutely not going to say one negative thing about this poor little girl except we don’t doubt she has some anxiety, we doubt it has anything with what she was taught in school.

My daughter started coming home asking very pointed questions about who she is and if she is a bad person,” the GoFundMe post continues, “She came home extremely upset. She told me, ‘Mom, I’m white. My friend is brown. I need to apologise to him for being white because white people have done bad things to people with brown skin.’”

And we do not believe her. On the off off off chance that there is a terrible teacher in the picture, we still do not believe that the child’s emotional troubles results from anything taught at school. We suspect it has more to do with mom’s reaction before and afterwards.

Why are we fairly certain? Because people deeply concerned about their daughter’s overall health and well-being do not attract attention to that daughter, as it will eventually come out as to who is seeking the “damages.” If the mother is concerned about her daughter, how about “Go Fund Me” send the money directly to the therapists, who then return anything left over?

Unbelievable. We cannot know with 100% certainty, but Occam is screaming in our ears right now that mom knows that conservatives love throwing money at whiny snowflake conservatives.

Now, about our Go Fund Me site, we do not want the money sent straight to the psychiatrist, we want to hold that…
