Whatever happened to “Individual One”? We should check because it’s really hard for one guy to conspire with another guy, to the point where their actions consist of a felony, but only one guy is charged and sent to prison. That guy is named Michael Cohen. Trump is “Individual One” and up until now, we’ve only been talking about the Stormy Daniel’s case.

Everything that has come out regarding Trump’s taxes and criminal business practices, all of it, started with Stormy Daniels.

We will say again, because it cannot be said enough, if Trump is held criminally liable in New York, even if he doesn’t see a day in jail – because that’s unlikely in our opinion – Stormy Daniels should get nearly all the credit as a national hero, a woman with more dignity personally and professionally in her pinky finger than Trump ever had. She is brave AF because when she started, she was totally alone, against a president.

Today, Michael Cohen was asked about his predictions for 2022 and specifically about a possible New York case against Donald Trump. Cohen makes it sound like Manhattan D.A. Cyrus Vance dragged his feet on the Trump case because he didn’t want his name on the criminal complaint and ran out the clock. Whereas his replacement, Alan Bragg, ran knowing it would be the first item of business.

Alex Witt of MSNBC asked Cohen about his predictions for the New Year and whether Cohen believes that criminal charges against any of the Trumps will be forthcoming. Cohen didn’t hesitate:

“Yeah, I absolutely do. I think we’re going to start to see a lot of movement now. There’s a lot of momentum going on both at the DA’s office as well as the [New York State] attorney general.

“This case is not over simply because Cy Vance is now out of office. To the contrary, I believe things are going to start ramping up. I think they’ll start moving quickly. I do believe that 2022, especially the early part is going to see some indictments and some very exciting ones for those of us that want to see justice.”

One indictment should be automatic. Michael Cohen went to prison for paying-off Stormy Daniels as part of a scheme to violate election laws. Michael Cohen was not running for office. Michael Cohen could have paid Stormy Daniels to avoid the embarrassment of people finding out he worked for a man who would abandon his new wife and child to use Stormy. Trump’s campaign is the reason Cohen’s actions were a crime and Trump knew Cohen did it.

But we know they are after bigger fish now, bigger crimes. It sounds like Cohen believes they’re coming. He has been right on a lot of things before.
