One has to work at it to be a flat earther. It is hard to not run into evidence that one is wrong. Just as an example, if one has ever taken a summer overnight flight from the west coast to the east coast, especially in the north, like from Seattle to New York or Boston, it is darn near impossible not to notice that the sky is much lighter to the north, almost like it’s still daylight somewhere “around” the earth. Well, that and the pictures of the earth and seeing a huge boat disappear out in the ocean, from the bottom to the top.

But that hasn’t stopped a ridiculously large portion of the country from believing the world is flat and – you’ll be shocked to learn that many of these same people follow Marjorie Taylor-Greene. If you are willing to believe that American Jews use lasers to start fires in California, you’re going to attract a crowd that believes all kinds of other ridiculous stuff.

Marj found that out today when tweeting:

There are only two genders. Having to explain that there are only two genders is like explaining to the flat-earthers that the world is round.

Science is hard for some people.

Says the person that undermines the scientific evidence behind the vaccine nearly every time she speaks.

It is true that everyone is born with either an XX (and thank God for that) or an (XY) chromosome. But expressed gender is far more  complex because it doesn’t just involve the XX or XY chromosome in the nucleus of cells, it involves other genes and psychology

And then they came in:

Figures. Birds of a feather.
