For the first time that we can remember, we are in almost 100% agreement with Liz Harrington, Trump’s spokesperson. If law enforcement won’t investigate and prosecute the post-election crimes, it is time for them to go. Terminate them.

Over the last 10 months, this site has written about the arrests of the rioters breaking windows and spraying pepper spray at law–enforcement, and – of course, we’ve followed through with reporting on the court cases involving the same people. They deserve to be punished.

For the same period of time, we’ve heard disturbing clues as to what really happened on January 6th, starting with the impeachment trial. Not long later, we started to read about issues involving people higher up, the people that organized the “protest,” and paid for what and when. We learned those facts from reports in the media.

Soon after, the first books about what went on inside the White House came out. We learned that Trump lied to the public at the beginning of the epidemic Much more disturbingly, we learned about Trump’s reaction to the riot, specific people involved with ties to Trump or the White House generally. We learned that Mike Pence feared a conspiracy. We learned that Ivanka (of all people) said that “this is wrong, Mike Pence is a good man,” strangely focused on what was happening to Pence specifically, the Secret Service would protect him. We learned that Pence feared that the Secret Service was in on the conspiracy.

We learned all of it from journalists writing books or reports in the general media.

Recently we learned that rally organizers assigned aides the task of buying burner phones, with cash, in order to make calls to Eric Trump and Mark Meadows, in addition to others. Anonymous phones to call people right beside Trump. We learned it in Rolling Stone.

We haven’t learned anything from DOJ beyond the identity of rioters. Adam Schiff has heard nothing from DOJ about any investigation. We have called for Garland to resign.

If the DAs and Prosecutors are unwilling to investigate and prosecute, they need to be gone and replaced.

Other than the words RINO and the implication that she’s referring to the Big Lie, we agree with Liz Harrington!
