Well, at least it is getting to them. Set aside for a second that the Trumps are blaming Pelosi for January 6th and casting themselves as heroes. At least they are addressing, and thus very worried, about the new Meadows’ texts coming out.

After all, during the hearing holding Meadows in contempt, when some committee members read texts, Fox was broadcasting… something else, unlike every other network.

But apparently, the news is too big to ignore now and someone has to respond. This morning, Lara Lee Trump, Fox’s official “analyst-Trumpologist with a big of a conflict of interest,” said that it was Trump who tried to warn “people” about what could happen and that Schiff, Cheney, Kinzinger, they all know it!

Lara Lee lied so brazenly it actually is shocking that she got away with it, even on Fox – yes, we just wrote that. She said that Trump told his people to go up to the Capitol to “peacefully protest.” Of course, Trump did the exact opposite, it was the center of the second impeachment, everyone has seen video and remembers Trump saying that they better “fight like hell or they won’t have a country anymore…” while challenging his crowd as to whether they had the guts to fight hard enough to save their country. Never mind sending the text, be there, it’ll be “wild.”

Trump even said that he was leading the march up to the Capitol, which is laughable because he’d never be able to walk that far, additionally, Trump was never going to take that risk. He is no Che Guevera. Had Trump gone to the steps of the Capitol and ordered his people in, he likely would have succeeded – temporarily, in overthrowing the American government. But again, he was never going to put his life on the line.

So now that the texts are out, showing that Trump didn’t care that the Capitol was run over by his hordes, the word from Trump World is that he warned people this was coming. It is Pelosi’s fault for not securing the Capitol better.
