One is forced to read a lot into the video below but, as the caption describes, there appears to be a group of anti-vaxxers (or maskers, there is very little practical difference when it comes to the protests), standing outside the homes of members of the Clark County Nevada school board.

Their goals are likely mixed.

They likely want – in part – to simply make the school board commissioners’ lives as miserable as possible as nothing but punishment.

They also certainly also want to draw attention to their cause and hopefully enlist others to see things from their point of view. They want the media there.

To that end, there is a fascinating discussion; Dude, should we just put the rebel flag away? It might look bad…

The other guy; “No, that’s exactly what they want, they want us to conform…”

It appears that the “PC” and the “PR” angle won out and they put the flag away but it really didn’t matter.

Should Kamala Harris Run for President in 2028?

These all go together and have since Trump came down the golden escalator. The MAGA movement is made up of people who are tired of “being told what to do” even if “being told what to do” is simply wearing a mask to help protect others from getting an airborne disease, or if it is being told that racism is the biggest social problem in America and has been since 1776 and that they should help do whatever it takes to help eradicate it.

The rebel flag itself is superfluous. Unneeded. We get it. If it comes from the government and gets in the way of what you want, you rebel, whether it is freeing your slaves, or asking that you get vaccinated. You do not do what “they” (liberals) tell you to do.

It is all the same thing. The “bad press” isn’t the issue.
