Hey, let’s all have a pity party for poor Jenna Ryan, a social media influencer who participated in the Jan. 6 riots at the Capitol. You see, Jenna thought she’d avoid jail because she’s blonde, white, and “had a great future.” And she said so last March in the Tweet below.

“Definitely not going to jail. Sorry I have blonde hair and white skin a great job a great future and I’m not going to jail. Sorry to rain on your hater parade. I did nothing wrong”

But it looks like her future is going to be a little less “great” because blonde hair and whiteness aside, Jennifer “Jenna” Ryan, a Texas real estate agent who flew to D.C. on a private plane, is actually, and truly going to jail, The Daily Mail reports. Now she’s in rant mode and feeling mighty sorry for herself and she took to Twitter once again.

“I’m just gonna make a blanket statement to all the people who are calling me and texting me. You win!!! I’m going to prison. So you don’t need to contact me anymore. Pop champagne and then rejoice. But just leave me alone. Thank you”

Ryan posed for photos on the fateful day, then illegally entered the Capitol during the riot that cost five people their lives. But at one point Ryan boasted she’d be spared prison time due to her aforementioned hair and skin color. She faced four charges and ultimately pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count. She admitted she “paraded, demonstrated or picketed” inside the Capitol, all the while knowing she didn’t have permission to be there, notes HuffPost.

And apparently, U.S. District Court Judge Christopher Cooper was not impressed with her bragging on social media and sentenced her to 60 days in jail. The judge noted Ryan (who also live-streamed the goings-on) played a “lesser role in the criminal conduct that took place,” than others did. “But that does not mean that you don’t have any culpability in what happened that day.”

Cooper also said that when she left her hotel room that day, she knew she was going to something that wasn’t going to be a peaceful protest.

“I don’t you could have missed the fact that this was no peaceful protest,” Cooper said. “You were a cheerleader. You cheered it on.”

While announcing her conviction Thursday, Cooper added: “You’re not being singled out for your political views or anything like that. It’s how and where you decided to express them.”

And none of this was lost on the Twitterverse where there was much rejoicing over Ryan’s feeling sorry for herself. And it was good.
