Tucker is in favor of committing federal and state felonies now, but they have to be one of his favorite felonies, like someone breaking the law about not being vaxed but wanting to claim vaccination to get the perks.
Before we get to Tucker, we’ll set out what happened. According to the New York Times, this involves 31-year-old Jasmine Clifford:
A New Jersey woman who used the Instagram handle @AntiVaxMomma was charged in a conspiracy to sell hundreds of fake coronavirus vaccination cards over the social media platform, Manhattan prosecutors said on Tuesday.
Get that? To “sell” hundreds, this was not some sort of personal statement, making her own as her right to autonomy, “to sell hundreds.”
It gets much worse:
She also worked with another woman, Nadayza Barkley, 27, who is employed at a medical clinic in Patchogue, N.Y., to fraudulently enter at least 10 people into New York’s immunization database, prosecutors said.
Ms. Barkley, who did appear in court, was charged with a felony, as were 13 people who purchased the cards, some of whom worked in hospitals and nursing homes. A lawyer for Ms. Clifford could not immediately be reached for comment. Theodore Goldbergh, a lawyer who represented Ms. Barkley at the appearance, said that she had been released on her own recognizance but declined to comment further.
“Some” of whom. Tucker says they “all” were doctors and nurses.
Now watch what Tucker does here. He says that these people are being prosecuted for claiming bodily autonomy, almost as if their crime is refusing to take the vaccine, not knowingly committing fraud. He also says they’re all doctors and nurses, who know more than prosecutors and politicians (but not about the law and the reason why the law is in place.) Tucker ignores their selfishness, of course, because he believes in the same causes his audience believes in, which is getting around the Biden government. This is what makes Tucker millions:

So there it is. Tucker defending people planning to sell hundreds of fake vaccination cards, and those who pay to get those cards and have their names entered into a database. This isn’t about “bodily autonomy,” this is about fraud.
