At this point, how does one not ration healthcare?

We know of a physician with 45 years of experience in Idaho who says he’s never seen or heard of a situation like this, “Maybe outside a war zone, where triage is a way of life.” Idaho may be the first state to start turning away the unvaxed, very sick, people, back to their homes to die.

They do not have a choice. They may have sufficient doctors. (One can ask anesthesiologists to help, cardiologists, many specialties). They might have sufficient supplies, such as ventilators, masks, gowns, etcetera. They might even be able to find the room, conference rooms, same day surgery rooms. But they do not have the actual caregivers, they do not have the actual nurses and respiratory therapists, the people with their hands on the patients, to see everyone.

And what choice do they have? Everyone has heard stories about the medical establishment’s anger at the unvaccinated coming in. If they are to the point where they have to ration care, do they not have a duty to turn the person who chose their fate over the person who had a heart attack? A stroke? lung disease unrelated to COVID? Because they are to the point where they have to turn someone away and when left with a choice, it seems that the most logical place is right where it belongs, the citizens that failed to be responsible, the ones who thought it was all political.

Those families can then start screaming that they were misinformed, they got lied to by talk radio or FOX News. And you know what? Maybe so. If so, then turn around and sue them out of existence, if one can. But it’s time to turn the real people responsible for this around on each other. If one doesn’t believe that these people deserve the blame, see below:

If people in that crowd were vaxed and masked, they might get sick and will likely have a tough week at home. They will not be fighting for ICU space. The others? Get turned away and sue Jim Jordan and the rest of them.
