We are starting to wonder if Peter Doocy is in a bit over his head? He is the Fox White House Correspondent and because the White House is currently occupied by Democrats, Doocy is under an obligation to ask the tough gotcha questions that will expose the evil inner workings by stumping Psaki senseless.

They say that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. That is actually not the definition of insanity, not even close. It is, however – one of the many indications of stupidity. Doocy is likely not a stupid guy, but he sure plays one on television.

Doocy gave it his best shot today on the border, the only issue Republicans care about right now, because it involves brown people and the GOP can claim immigrants are being let in:’

Doocy noted that it’s been four months since President Joe Biden responded to a surge of migrants at the border by telling them “don’t come, don’t leave your town or city or community.” Doocy followed with “people are coming in record numbers, does the president think his immigration plan is working?”

Psaki said that Biden remains consistent in his view that now is “not the time to come” to America, and that immigration must be done through the proper channels.

“We’ve also instituted a number of traditional steps recently, including expedited removals to move people out of the country,” Psaki said. “We are still at work on improving the process and improving a system that was very broken when we took office.”

As Doocy moved to clarify that Biden’s message remains the same, he noted that Customs and Border Protection encountered more than 200,000 individuals last month at the southern border.

“But he’s saying ‘don’t come,’ and they’re coming,” Doocy pressed on.

If this was a cool movie, Psaki would just tilt her head a Doocy while he grabbed hi neck for breath, only to have it released when gasping. Instead, Psaki did the same with words:

“There are a number of factors as you well know that are happening in these countries,” Psaki retorted, “and we are working to address those as well.”

“As you well know that, so your question was for theatre purposes only and you’re supposed to be better than that.

Did Doocy really expect Psaki to say, “Yep, damn. That didn’t work like we thought it would. He said “don’t come,” and by seven the next morning there were fifteen people in line. Gotta say, it reflects poorly on whether we can do our job.”

It is almost like Doocy expected Psaki to say “Yeah, we really got that one wrong.” He needs to pretend he is one of the other reporters in the room and collect information, once the information is collected then he can make his star-studded point that the Biden White House can’t tie it’s shoes.

Instead, we are regularly treated to watching Doocy’s tie tighten around his red face and neck when led away on a leash by Psaki.
