We have been calling it Trump hypnosis, akin to highway hypnosis, we just keep following along with Trump breaking every single norm and tradition, and we all just accept it as the new normal in politics. It is not even slightly normal, and actually, an outrage, that Trump breaks yet another necessary tradition. Former presidents do not comment on the current president for a minimum of four years, perhaps during the next election. Obviously, he’s commenting like he’s running right now because… he is running right now, at least to the extent that he can suck up money in donations. Free money!
It is normal with Trump, it’s the Trump hypnosis, we don’t even realize this is batshit insane new stuff, it’s “normal.” He has also already found his way to get around his Twitter ban. He puts out an official statement that is then placed on his official spokesperson’s page, Liz Harrington. Overall, the same effect, just fewer overall followers.
Sometimes we get blowback for covering his statements, but the people who contact us don’t know that we let 90% of them go uncovered. It is only when we see something particularly dangerous (as we saw just two days ago in his chilling statement) or just funny-pathetic enough for a well-earned chuckle on our part do we give them sporadic coverage.
This week we have the set. On Wednesday, the mob boss threat to the officer who shot Ashli Babbitt “We know who you are” (paraphrased) was dangerous enough that it should get Liz Harrington banned on Twitter, along with anyone else who puts out an “official statement.” And then to end on Friday the perfect, pathetic, desperation, message. *Sniff, cry, sniff, cry, Miss me yet? Sniff, tell me how much you miss me,- to go right along with it coming out on “Reinstatement Day.”
NEW!
"Tragic mess in Afghanistan, a completely open and broken Border, Crime at record levels, oil prices through the roof, inflation rising, and taken advantage of by the entire world—DO YOU MISS ME YET?" pic.twitter.com/avSFWcxz4X

Actually, no. But some of his followers might miss him when Liz Harrington and anyone who puts out an official statement is banned, and that is surely coming soon. Meanwhile, the net answered his question:

I thought trump was being reinstated this morning? Did I miss it? Has anyone checked on Mike Lindell? https://t.co/s1RYcsnRx8

Maybe given she is acting as a mouthpiece for someone banned from Twitter she should be reported. https://t.co/QnMGrw1wvC

So there are 5,000 variations of “no.” But the equally pathetic “yes” answers pepper the threat
YES, we miss you President Trump! PLEASE come back and help us!
