Yesterday, we reported on the COVID death of Dick Farrel, the Florida radio shock jock. At the time, the reports did not include more of Farrel’s background information, such as the fact that he was also a former Newsmax host, nor did reports contain what Farrel had specifically said while denying that COVID could be fatal and the vaccine a lifesaver. None of this will matter to his family and friends, nor Farrel, as nothing is bringing him back. It may serve to educate the public on the strength of the “anti-COVID” movement (in all it’s iterations) and what we, the general public, are up against in ever attaining herd immunity.

According to Huffington Post, Farell mocked vaccines, the “scamdemic” and at various points call Dr. Anthony Fauci, the 81-year-old world’s foremost expert on infectious diseases, a “lying freak.”

Farrel’s partner, Kit Farley, said on Facebook that he was “known as the other Rush Limbaugh. With a heavy heart, I can only say this was so unexpected. He will be missed.” We are sure he will be missed by his family, but the world is a better place without his disinformation.

According to HuffPo:

This is a man who less than a month ago, called the vaccine “Bull Shid” in a Facebook post. Later he wrote: “Why take a vax promoted by people who lied 2u all along about masks?” He claimed Democrats were plotting to make it seem like the pandemic was ongoing as part of a power grab. He called COVID-19 a “scamdemic.”

Hair told NBC affiliate WPTV: “I was one of one the people like him who didn’t trust the vaccine. I trusted my immune system. I just became more afraid of getting COVID-19 than I was of any possible side effects of the vaccine. I’m glad I got vaccinated.”

It is probably best to end this report by noting that, as said above, Farrel was based in Florida, the same state that broke the record for the most new COVID-19 cases in a day on Friday… and that was the third time in just one week.
