We here on the staff are the type that favors more the “spirit” of the law, in a few select occasions, which – of course, doesn’t give someone permission to arbitrarily break the law. Now, normally if a person were not desecrating the flag we wouldn’t have an issue with how it’s flown. Obviously, we have no problem with those who choose to respectfully protest by kneeling during displays or even turning away. We are sticklers for the constitution.

So if we respect those who kneel during a national anthem and displaying of the flag, we would certainly support someone choosing a slightly different form of… is it a protest to sit out in what looks like a near hurricane drinking beer with your flag? In a beater shirt? And do you make up for it with adding lyrics such as those sung by Coffey Anderson?

Nah, we don’t think this whole comes together as patriotic in any way. It is just deliciously stupid and a violation of the U.S. Code, and that’s why it’s clear that we are handing out MAGA Moron of the Year, on this day, August 14, 2021.
