Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump’s reecently acquired a new (to them) property in South Florida, where they’ve retreated since Ivanka’s father Donald Trump departed the White House in a cloud of humiliation and traveled south to Mar-a-Lago to surround himself with people who genuinely like him.

When the news initially broke, it was revealed that the former First Daughter and her husband, who used to be a presidential advisor, were not well-liked by the neighbors in the neighborhood where they bought the house.

However, based on the appearance of the house, their neighbors may be the least of their concerns, according to fresh reporting from the Independent.

The back of Ivanka and Jared’s $24 million residence in the exclusive Indian Creek estate in South Florida appears to be in a state of quite awful disorder, according to new aerial images.

According to The Real Deal, the former D.C. couple has purchased a 1.3-acre waterfront mansion in a prestigious southern Florida community.

The “power” couple paid a remarkable 24 million dollars for the home and property, according to sources who talked with the magazine, and closed on the deal in April of this year, soon after Ivanka’s father was booted from the White House and fled to the southern Red state.

The new Jarvanka digs, according to the source, are 8,510 square feet and include six bedrooms, two reflective pools, a double stairway, and a big dock.

New photographs taken from above, however, reveal that the estate isn’t all that stunning from the back. In fact, it’s quite unpleasant.

According to the Independent, aerial images of the estate show broken and damaged tiling throughout, as well as a pool in desperate need of repair, with one pool full of “swamp-like green” water while the others are fully drained.

According to The Real Deal, Jared and Ivanka have not moved into the “fixer-upper” home and are instead reportedly renting a beautiful beachside condo in Miami.

“An elite 300-acre island set on the magnificent waters of Biscayne Bay, and known as one of the wealthiest, private, and most secure neighborhoods in Miami Beach,” according to Miami Luxury Homes, where the Jarvanka mansion is located.
