We want to know if Judge Jeanine is vaccinated. Our guess is yes. Jeanine is not stupid, she is an actor who plays stupid on television and does a better job than damn near anyone we know. We cannot think of anyone on Fox more convincing in their stupidity.

Jeanine is upset that the government is now talking about regulating masks in public places because too few people (MAGAS) are vaccinated and it is spreading the delta variant, a more contagious and more virulent strain of the Coronavirus that is just that much more dangerous.

Jeanine doesn’t care. All she cares about is that the government is trying to dictate public health, which is one of the federal government’s primary jobs. When NOAA detects a Category 4 hurricane just off the coast of Louisiana, does anyone complain about the mandatory evacuation orders? If a wildfire is burning so hot and fast that it appears to be headed toward your neighborhood, do you complain about your civil rights when offered a ride out? When the FDA determined that a new anti-inflammatory drug greatly increases the risk of heart attacks and pulls it out of pharmacies, do people complain? Even if it was helping them? No, to all the above.

All are examples of experts working with officials to protect citizens. The CDC guidelines are no different. “Get vaccinated,” if not enough people get vaccinated, the government is forced to reinstate masks, so that the disease slows its spread. It is nothing more than protecting society at large. The only difference is that the situation goes on for a longer period of time and, of course, Trump was too tough for all of this, despite the fact that he came close to death

But not to the MAGAs. Some of them see comparisons to NAZI Germany, some see totalitarianism. Some, while lying on their deathbed, see it as an easy step that they should’ve taken. We report stories on it every day. Here is Judge Jeanine, complaining about the unfairness of it all and would the government just GTFO out of the way so that MAGAs can take their can on dying or not?

We would love to say yes. But there are kids involved and some people with compromised immunisystems that cannot take the vaccine. It would be nice if this disease was  wiped out due to 95% success rates, or universal mask-wearing

Imagine Jeanin freaking out over mandatory evacuations of southern Florida in anticipation of a Category 5 hurricane and explain to us how this is “bigger government,” or more Totalitarian.
